Registration

Registrations for the 2012-2013 school year will begin in February 2012. Please check the school website for updates.

Eligibility

Students entering preKindergarten for the 2011-12 school year must be four years of age on or before September 30, 2011.

Students entering Kindergarten for the 2011-2012 school year must be five years of age on or before September 30, 2011.

Students entering other grades must have successfully completed and passed the previous grade level.

Students are accepted into St. Joseph School according to the following criteria:
     1. Siblings of students already enrolled,
     2. Catholic students whose families are supporting members of St. Joseph Parish,
     3. Catholic students whose families are not supporting members of St. Joseph Parish,
     4. Students of other Faiths.

St. Joseph School does not discriminate on the basis of race, national or ethnic origin.

Documentation

In order to register, originals of the following documents must be brought to the school:

                     1. birth certificate

                     2. social security card

                     3. immunization record

                     4. baptism certificate (if Catholic)

                     5. report card

                     6. test scores.

A registration fee is required at the time of registration.

Fees & Tuition 2013-2014

The Advisory Council has approved the following fees and tuition for the 2013-2014 school year:

Registration:
 
Registration is $200 per student - If a student is accepted into St. Joseph School, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Technology:

A fee of $100/student is charged for technology.

Tuition: 

Tuition for Grades Kindergarten through Eighth is $4450 per student.
Families who are registered at St. Joseph Parish and tithe at least $416 per year to that parish receive a tution discount of $650 per student. ($3800).

Tuition for PreKindergarten is $4200 per student. There is no parish discount for PreK.

A $100 credit on tuition will be allowed for parents with two students enrolled.
A $200 credit on tuition will be allowed for parents with three students enrolled.

The registration and technology fees are additional to the tuition.
