Request for Refund of Lunch Money
Refund requests will be accepted during the current school year for the following reasons only:
1) The student is no longer enrolled at a Diocesan school.
2) The student's meal status has changed.
If any of the above apply to your child(ren), please contact the cafeteria manager at your child's school to get a 'Refund Request' form.
Refund Requests will be available after April 1, 2013 for End-of-Year Refunds and are due on the last day of school NO EXCEPTIONS.
